記録的大雪受けＪＡが神奈川県に緊急要請書

 

２月の２週にわたる記録的大雪によって、園芸施設や畜舎が倒壊するなど甚大な被害が生じているとして、ＪＡ神奈川県中央会の志村善一会長らが３月６日、神奈川県庁を訪れ、黒岩祐治神奈川県知事宛ての緊急要請書を提出した。

 

要請書では、被災した施設の撤去や再建に関する国の施策と連動した形で補助を行なうとともに、農業生産技術の指導強化や、農家の生活支援として固定資産税の減免措置を行なうよう市町村に働き掛けることなどを求めている。

 

志村会長から中島正信神奈川県環境農政局長に手渡した。

 

志村会長は中島局長らとの面会後、取材に応じ「農業者が、希望を持って営農を継続できるよう迅速な支援をお願いした。神奈川県側からは前向きな回答があり、手応えはあった」と語った。

 

同席した神奈川県農協青壮年部協議会の露木徳行委員長も「施設が全壊し、気持ちが沈んでいる農業者もいる。彼らが笑顔になるようＪＡ、行政が一体となり、一日も早く（支援を）実行することが重要」と話していた。
