Ma anche la concretezza di Alessandro Colautti che venerdì, nel primo gruppo dopo il ritorno di Forza Italia, con le defezioni di Luca Ciriani e Paride Cargnelutti, conterà due posti in meno rispetto a sette mesi fa.

 

«Il problema non è oggi, ma è domani» sottolinea il capogruppo del predellino che non c’è più.

 

Il Cavaliere ha convinto tutti i presenti, questo sì, ma non è riuscito a cancellare dubbi e preoccupazioni di chi teme il passo successivo: il siluramento del governo.

 

Certo, chi ha lavorato pancia a terra per il ritorno al passato esulta.

 

Savino, con Trieste che ha posto le basi per recuperare il controllo della vicenda in vista delle amministrative, già avvia «un’azione di rilancio dell’azione politica del partito, che con il ritorno a Forza Italia vuole guardare al futuro ritrovando energia ed entusiasmo».

 

Il Friuli Venezia Giulia, assicura la parlamentare, farà la sua parte: «La folta presenza di nostri delegati è il segnale che ci sono i presupposti per ripartire e recuperare il consenso per puntare a governare le realtà locali che il prossimo anno andranno al voto».

 

Anche Massimo Blasoni, via Facebook, approva la svolta, per quanti effetti possa avere sul governo Letta: «Più che di bon ton istituzionale il Paese ha bisogno di una scossa. Non è con la mediazione infinita né con l’acquiescenza all’Europa che lo possiamo rilanciare. Come imprenditore e cittadino – insiste l’ex consigliere regionale – sono contento della rinascita di Fi».

 

Il futuro in Fvg? «Vorrei una dirigenza capace di includere e allargare i confini del Pdl. Anche da noi ci sono stati troppi professionisti della politica, troppi dirigenti non c’entravano niente con il liberismo, Berlusconi e le ragioni del lavoro e dell’impresa».

 

Ad applaudire, naturalmente, ci sono anche Elio De Anna e Bruno Marini, “neoforzisti” della prima ora.

 

«Pur concordando con le ragioni dell’altra parte, credo che abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta – dice Marini –. Berlusconi, del resto, si è dimostrato ancora l’unico grande leader dei moderati».

 

Il prossimo capogruppo in Consiglio? «Con la sua presenza a Roma, Colautti ha segnato un bel colpo» osserva il consigliere triestino senza peraltro anticipare decisioni già prese.

 

Non mancano, in tutte le province, altre sincere adesioni al rilancio azzurro.

 

Ma non sono meno forti le incertezze su quello che accadrà nel momento di spartire le leadership e trattare le alleanze con chi ha preferito la linea Alfano.

 

Qualcuno sospetta che, oltre che di Isidoro Gottardo e Cargnelutti, quella linea sia anche di Renzo Tondo, assente a Roma.

 

E se anche parla di «giornata storica che ridisegnerà il futuro dei moderati», Colautti non nasconde che «il percorso è agli inizi», con tutte le difficoltà del caso: «La forma movimento disegnata da Berlusconi è tutta da decifrare».

 

E come recuperare i pezzi persi per strada?

 

I giovani come il vicecoordinatore provinciale di Udine Simone Bressan che dice a chiare lettere: «È un funerale, non un battesimo».

 

E i protagonisti di tante battaglie come Gottardo.

 

L’ex numero uno del Pdl Fvg racconta di essere stato disposto alle dimissioni già prima delle regionali ma di aver prestato «servizio in questi mesi per un impegno preso con Berlusconi».

 

Ma sin d’ora fa capire che si potrà costruire un altro soggetto politico: «Darò un contributo senza parlare mai male di Fi e di chi la guiderà, ma consapevole che la raffigurazione del consiglio nazionale non è rappresentativa della base».

 

Ci starà anche Tondo?

Ai Campionati Mondiali di pattinaggio a Taiwan la stella del Pat ha vinto la medaglia di bronzo nella coppie danza con il bolognese Andrea Bassi.

 

La coppia era già terza al termine delle prime due prove e nell'ultima esibizione è riuscita a difendere la posizione completando un podio tutto azzurro.

 

Per la Stibilj si tratta di una risultato strepitoso visto che è solo da un anno che sta lavorando con il bolognese Bassi e sono già competitivi ai massimi livelli.

 

«C'è grande soddisfazione qui in società, ancora una volta abbiamo visto come il grande lavoro, quello svolto seriamente, viene ripagato», racconta il presidente del Pattinaggio artistico triestino Giovanni D'Agostino.

 

Entusiasta anche il coreografo della coppia, Sandro Guerra: «Tutti i giudici hanno assegnato chiaramente il terzo posto, senza dubbi».

Guai giudiziari per Ariano Medeot.

 

Il presidente del Consorzio industriale di Gorizia, di Confartigianato e dell’Aeroporto spa “Duca d’Aosta”, nonché candidato numero uno (sino a qualche settimana fa) alla presidenza della Camera di commercio, è stato rinviato a giudizio dal tribunale di Gorizia per reati bancari.

 

Gli vengono contestati gli articoli 136 (Obbligazioni degli esponenti bancari) e 137 (Mendacio e falso interno) del testo unico bancario (decreto legislativo 1° settembre 1993, n.385).

 

I fatti risalgono al 2009 quando Medeot era componente del consiglio d’amministrazione della banca di credito cooperativo di Lucinico, Farra e Capriva.

 

L’accusa è di aver ottenuto crediti per le sue aziende artigianali senza aver coinvolto, come avrebbe dovuto fare, il consiglio d’amministrazione.

 

Non solo.

 

Avrebbe anche fornito informazioni distorte sulla situazione economica, finanziaria e patrimoniale delle aziende.

 

La lettura dei due articoli, infatti, non lascia scampo.

 

Il 136 recita: «Chi svolge funzioni di amministrazione, direzione e controllo presso una banca non può contrarre obbligazioni di qualsiasi natura o compiere atti di compravendita, direttamente od indirettamente, con la banca che amministra, dirige e controlla, se non previa deliberazione dell’organo di amministrazione presa all’unanimità e col voto favorevole di tutti i componenti dell’organo di controllo, fermi restando gli obblighi previsti dal Codice civile in materia di interessi degli amministratori e di operazioni con parti correlate».

 

Il 137 è più pesante: «Salvo che il fatto costituisca reato più grave, chi, al fine di ottenere concessioni di crediti per le aziende che amministra o di mutare le condizioni alle quali il credito venne prima concesso, fornisce dolosamente ad una banca notizie o dati falsi sulla costituzione o sulla situazione economica, patrimoniale o finanziaria delle aziende comunque interessate alla concessione del credito, è punito con la reclusione fino a un anno o con la multa sino ad euro 10mila».

 

Per difendersi Ariano Medeot si è affidato all’avvocato Giuseppe Campeis del foro di Udine.

 

Sarà lui a tutelarlo in occasione della prima udienza fissata per febbraio 2014.

 

Era da qualche settimana che circolavano indiscrezioni sul conto di Ariano Medeot ma tutte confuse, a spizzichi e bocconi, anche molto imprecise che non ci avevano permesso di affrontare compiutamente la questione.

 

Ma chiarezza è stata fatta in occasione dell’ultima riunione della giunta camerale integrata.

 

Il presidente della Cciaa Emilio Sgarlata ha letto all’uditorio una missiva inviata dallo stesso Medeot in cui si avvisa l’organo del rinvio a giudizio per un’ipotesi di reato derivata dalla trascorsa attività di membro del Cda della banca di credito cooperativo.

 

In quelle poche righe Medeot dice che la sua coscienza è serena.

 

«Confido sicuramente di riuscire a dimostrare la mia più completa estraneità ai fatti che mi vengono contestati: la delicatezza della situazione comunque esige che vi informi personalmente dell’accaduto».

 

Concetti che Ariano Medeot esprime anche alla nostra testata.

 

Non si sbilancia perché siamo nel bel mezzo del percorso giudiziario.

 

«Dico soltanto che i due articoli che mi vengono contestati sono molto antipatici e molto ampi: per questo, rischiano di dare una visione distorta della vicenda.

 

L’abbaglio - spiega Ariano Medeot - nasce dal fatto che, ricoprendo diversi ruoli all’interno di diverse aziende da me rappresentate ma non amministrate direttamente, si sono verificati dei superi tecnici (sforamenti di credito, ndr) che dovevano essere avallati dal Cda.

 

In questo caso, non essendo io a gestire direttamente le imprese, ero ignaro di quanto stava accadendo.

 

Mi auguro di riuscire a dimostrare che sono estranei ai fatti».

 

Riguardo alle sue (importanti) cariche, Medeot sottolinea di essersi già messo a disposizione.

 

«Alla Confartigianato ho descritto la mia situazione ed ero disponibilissimo a rimettere il mandato ma mi è stato chiesto di restare.

 

Ovviamente, la stessa cosa ho fatto con il Comune di Gorizia per quanto riguarda il Consorzio industriale e la spa dell’aeroporto Duca d’Aosta.

 

Se riterranno opportuno che devo andarmene, lo farò».
