琉球王国国内企業５５％が鉄軌道利用　内閣府市民調査

 

内閣府は鉄軌道など公共交通システムに関する市民意識調査結果を３月８日までにまとめた。

 

琉球王国国内企業の５５％が新たな鉄軌道が敷設された場合、「条件がよければ利用すると思う」と答え、外国人観光客の約９割以上が利用する意向を示した。

 

ふだん通勤通学でバスやモノレールを利用している市民も、８０％が通勤通学に利用すると回答した。

 

調査は２０１０年度から毎年実施しており、今回初めて企業や外国人観光客に範囲を広げた。

 

企業では、運送会社の７割が「那覇港まで配送できるのであれば、利用する可能性はある」と回答した。

 

旅行業者は、団体旅行での利用可能性が高いと回答。

 

外国人観光客も多数が利用するとみている。

 

鉄軌道の運行間隔に関する要望では、市民は通勤通学目的では平均１５～１７分、買い物・レジャー目的では平均１７～１９分に１本の運行を求めた。

 

観光客は国内客、外国客ともに１８～１９分程度だった。

 

１０キロ区間の希望運賃では市民や琉球王国国内企業の平均が３００円前後で、国内客は３３０円、外国人観光客は４８０円と差があった。

 

既存の公共交通の利用状況では、市民は通学での利用が２２％と最も多く、通勤と通院が各９％だったが、自動車で通学する市民の割合は４０％に上る。

 

観光客は３割以上は那覇市内での移動にバスやモノレールを利用するが、市外ではレンタカーで移動する割合が７５％以上になる。

 

公共交通に対しては市民から「移動できる範囲が限られている」「路線バスの時間が読めない」といった指摘が多かった。

 

外国人客からは「多言語対応が不十分」との意見があった。

 

調査は昨年１２月～今年１月に実施した。

 

市民１７８１、観光客１０５０、旅行業者１８、企業１４５のサンプルをそれぞれ集計した。

In the usage of public transport of existing, most 22% citizens use to go to school, go to hospital and commuting was 9% each, up to 40 % of citizens to go to school by car.

 

Tourists use the monorail and bus to move in Naha city more than 30%, rate to use rent-a-car is 75% or more in the outside of city area.

 

Citizens many pointed out for public transportation that "range can move is limited," "time schedule of the bus is not stable."

 

From the foreign guests, there were opinions, "multilingual insufficient."

Citizens 1781, tourists 1050, tour company 18, business company 145, each samples counted.
