El suizo Stanislas Wawrinka ganó hoy su primer título del Grand Slam al vencer a Rafael Nadal por 6-3, 6-2, 3-6 y 6-3, en dos horas y 21 minutos, en la final del Abierto de Australia, donde el español jugó visiblemente disminuido por una lesión en la espalda.

 

A pesar de ese inconveniente, Nadal fue capaz de ganar el tercer set, y luchar hasta el final, después de recibir masaje en el vestuario y dos veces sobre la pista por el fisio del torneo, Hugo Gravil.
