最低賃金19円上げ、時給868円/神奈川
神奈川地方最低賃金審議会(会長・柴田悟一横浜商科大学長)は8月23日、2013年度の県内の最低賃金を現行から19円引き上げ時給868円とするよう、久保村日出男神奈川労働局長に答申した。
異議申し出などの手続き後、10月20日以降に適用される見通し。
答申は、今月7日の中央最低賃金審議会の答申同様に、賃上げで消費を活性化し、成長を促す安倍政権の経済政策「アベノミクス」を反映。
「経済財政運営と改革の基本方針および日本再興戦略に配意し、慎重に調査審議を重ねた結果、結論に達した」とした。
今回の審議会では、中央審議会が県内の最低賃金の目安額を19円増とした答申を基に、労使と有識者3人ずつで構成される専門部会で計5回協議。
使用者側は中小企業の経営を圧迫するため慎重な意見だったが、部会の多数決で19円増額が妥当との結論に至り、23日の審議会で決定した。
このため答申では、中小企業にも配慮し、「(安倍政権の成長戦略に掲げられた)好循環を生み出す経済運営のためにも、中小企業支援などの拡充に取り組むことを強く要望する」とあえて付言した。
