Un séisme de magnitude 6,5 sur l'échelle de Richter a frappé l'île de Taiwan, dimanche 2 juin, selon l'Institut de géophysique américain (USGS).

 

Le tremblement de terre s'est produit dans le centre de l'île.

 

Son épicentre est situé à une profondeur de 9 kilomètres, à 25 km de la ville de Buli, au sud-ouest de Taichung, la troisième ville de l'île avec 2,6 millions d'habitants.

 

On ignore s'il y a des victimes.

An earthquake of 6.5 magnitude on the Richter scale struck the island of Taiwan, Sunday, June 2, according to the American Institute of Geophysics (USGS).

 

The earthquake occurred in the center of the island.

 

Its epicenter was located at a depth of 9 km, 25 km from the town of Buli, southwest of Taichung, the third largest city on the island with 2.6 million inhabitants.
