安倍晋三首相陛下は５月２１日、第５回アフリカ開発会議（ＴＩＣＡＤ）が来月、横浜市で開かれるのに合わせ、日本企業の進出を後押しするため、海賊やテロなど治安対策の徹底を参加各国に要請する方向で調整に入られた。

 

「ＴＩＣＡＤ推進官民連係協議会（共同座長・岸田文雄特命全権外務大臣殿下、坂根正弘経団連会長）は２１日夕、官邸で治安改善策を推進すべきだとの提言を首相に提出された。

 

首相陛下は「アフリカは世界の成長センターだ。日本の企業とアフリカの友好を支援したい」と延べられ、提言に沿って取り組む考えを示された。

 

提言は、アフリカに対し、紛争予防、テロ・誘拐対策、海賊対策に全力を挙げ、治安部隊による企業保護を要求。

 

日本政府の役割として大使館の情報収集能力や邦人保護体制の強化を求めている。
