那覇南東の丘陵地帯の治水

 

那覇南東の丘陵地帯（銀行のＴとは別の友人が住んでいて、泊めてもらったりしていました）の治水についてです。

 

丘陵地帯は、雨が降ると、溜まって、どこかに水が溢れるので、調査をして、治水工事を御願いします。

 

もし、丘陵地帯にドレインを埋めるなら、那覇と反対方面にある大きな道路までトンネルを作ることも考えてみてください。

 

あの辺りは、バイクを借りて、走ったことがあります。

 

この丘陵地帯から大きな自動車専用道路に入る時は、初めての道で、バイクでは恐かったです。

 

主都那覇、主都近郊、那覇国際空港や基幹道路などの交通インフラ、新聞社／通信社、王府庁舎、各地方自治体庁舎、重要インフラ設備、を、まず治水工事で、浸水被害や洪水被害、停電被害を受けないようにしてください。

 

地下水路には充分に注意をしてください。

 

地下水路に注意をしないと地盤沈下が起きます。

 

琉球王国では梅雨が終わりそうで、そろそろ横浜が梅雨に入ります。

 

あと１０日ほどで本格的な梅雨になります。

Flood control in the hills southeast of Naha

 

It is for flood control the hills of southeast of Naha (Another friend (with initial T in bank) live, I had been stay in).

 

When it rains, it accumulated, so fill the water somewhere, with a survey, please work for the flood control.

 

If The Governors fill the drain in the hill, please think also that to create a tunnel from the hill to a large road in the opposite direction and Naha.

 

That area, I rent a bike and ran.

 

On the road was the first time for me, when entering a large motorway from the hill was afraid for me on the bike.

 

In the first flood control construction, Capital city Naha, Around Capital city Naha, Naha International Airport and The important transportation infrastructure, newspaper/news agency, The Governors of The Kingdom building, The local government buildings, The important infrastructure facilities, please make not to receive damages, flood damage or power failure.

 

Attention please sufficiently underground waterway.

 

Ground subsidence will occur if you do not attention to the underground waterway.

 

The rainy season is far from over in The Kingdom of Ryukyu, Yokohama enters the rainy season soon.

 

It will be rainy season in about 10 days.
