待機児童全国ワーストワンから、たった三年で、待機児童ゼロを実現した横浜市の保育所の視察に行きました。

 

国の一律の基準に先行して、市の認定を受けた駅前の横浜保育室。

 

アスパラガスを素材に、二歳の子供達が栄養士さんから、食育を楽しく学んでいました。

 

マンションの一階を開放して、株式会社の鉄道会社が、沿線住民のニーズに応えた保育園。

 

民間ならではの工夫にあふれていました。

 

女性が夢をもって活躍できる社会。安倍政権の成長戦略の柱です。

 

いつでも安心して仕事に戻れるよう、来年度中に二十万人分の保育所をつくり、五年で待機児童ゼロを目指します。

今日は、ヤンゴンから首都ネーピードーに移動して、テイン・セイン大統領と首脳会談を行ないました。

 

空港からの大統領官邸までの道すがら、沿道の両側で子供達が熱心に日の丸を振って迎えてくれました。

 

熱烈な歓迎ぶりに、「親日国」ミャンマーの日本への期待の強さを痛感しました。
