今日はいつもの金曜日が明日で、明日は休みなので、スポーツマッサージに行ってきました。

 

最近、左足の前の方が痛くなって、先生に聞いたら、筋肉が神経を押してしまっているらしいです。

 

右足が治って、バランスがおかしくなったせいか、と思っています。

 

やはり走って治そう、とも思っています。

 

しばらくは左足も治療です。

 

通風ではない証拠は、いつも肝臓の薬と糖尿の薬を飲んでいることと、左の脛をマッサージすると、左足の前の方にしびれが響くからです。

 

スポーツマッサージの帰りに市場に寄ってみました。

 

ローマ帝国英連邦英国領神聖日本王国英連邦英国領自治領独立領神聖琉球王国のバジルがありました。

 

琉球王国の歴史において初めてです。

 

買ってきて写真に撮りました。

 

島諸島のものかな、とか、どうやって料理をしようかな、とか、いろいろと考えています。

 

摺ってバジルソースにして、バジルのスパゲッティとか美味しいだろうな、などと考えています。
