African Festa until the 12th May, Let's to touch the African culture through music and movies / Yokohama

 

音楽や映画通してアフリカ文化に触れよう　５月１２日までアフリカン・フェスタ／横浜

６月の第５回アフリカ開発会議（ＴＩＣＡＤ ５）を前に、音楽や展示などでアフリカの文化に触れる「アフリカン・フェスタ２０１３」が５月１１日、横浜市中区新港の横浜赤レンガ倉庫で始まった。

 

コンサートや展示、映画上映などを通じ、経済成長が進む「躍動の大地」の魅力を１２日まで紹介する。

 

外務省が１９９９年から毎年開いており、ＴＩＣＡＤ ４が開催された２００８年以降は横浜が会場となっている。

 

開会式には安倍晋三首相陛下の夫人の昭恵陛下が御出席され、「アフリカの魅力を体感してほしい」とあいさつをされた。

 

各国の大使夫人らが民族衣装をまとうファッションショーでは、鮮やかな色使いの衣装が続々と登場。

 

繊細なビーズをふんだんに使った若い女性用の正装も紹介された。

 

音楽のイベントでは、アフリカの太鼓「ジェンベ」を出演者と来場者が一緒に演奏するプログラムが開かれ、会場が一体となって盛り上がった。

 

ファッションショーに参加した駐日モザンビーク共和国大使夫人のアッサ・アベル・ジョナゼ・グアンベさんは「日本人がアフリカのことを知る機会がもっと増えてほしい」と話していた。

 

１２日は、ダンスパフォーマンスやライブ、アフリカ映画の上映会などが行なわれる。

Ministry of Foreign Affairs is open every year from 1999, Yokohama has become the venue since 2008, when TICAD 4 was held.
