【ニューヨーク共同】５月２３日のニューヨーク外国為替市場の円相場は午後５時現在、前日比１円０９銭円高ドル安の１ドル＝１０２円ちょうどから１０２円１０銭をつけた。

 

ユーロは１ユーロ＝１・２９２９～３９ドル、同１３１円９４銭～１３２円０４銭。

 

２３日に東京市場の株価が暴落したことを受けて、投資家のリスク回避志向が強まり、比較的安全な通貨とされる円を買い戻す動きが広がった。

New York (Kyodo News) - Of 5:00 pm, New York yen exchange rate of the foreign exchange market of May 23, it put a 102 yen 10 sen from just $ 1 = 102 yen 1 yen 09 sen, yen against the dollar compared with the day before.

 

€ 1 = 1.2929 to 39 U.S. dollars, the euro 131 yen 94 sen ~ 132 yen 04 sen.

 

To response that the stock price of the Tokyo market slumped on the 23rd, risk aversion of investors is strengthened, they buy back the yen, which is relatively safe currency.
