La loi sur le mariage homo promulguée, premier mariage le 29 mai

 

PARIS — Entre 200 et 300 opposants au mariage homosexuel ont manifesté vendredi soir près du Panthéon à Paris contre la validation de la loi par le Conseil constitutionnel.

 

Dans un communiqué, le ministre de l'Intérieur Manuel Valls a condamné "la violente agression" dont a été victime un commissaire de police dont le visage a été "aspergé (...) d'un liquide allume-feu" lors de ce rassemblement.

 

Un geste "particulièrement choquant" selon Manuel Valls, qui "appelle tous les Républicains à condamner vigoureusement de tels actes" et prévient que "les manifestations non déclarées et les débordements de toutes sortes ne seront pas tolérés.”

 

Le ministère rappelle qu'un policier avait été blessé d'un jet de pavé à la tête lors d'une précédente manifestation parisienne des opposants au mariage homosexuel.

 

Le rassemblement de vendredi soir n'avait donné lieu à aucune demande d'autorisation, selon une source policière.

 

Il s'est progressivement dispersé dans la soirée, une partie des manifestants se rendant ensuite gare de Lyon où ils ont vainement attendu un train en provenance de Lyon censé transporter Christiane Taubira.

 

Auparavant, en début de soirée, quelques hommes, torse nu, portant des masques blancs, avaient manifesté sur un pont du centre de Paris, arborant un drapeau français.

 

Il s'agissait de militants du groupe des "Hommen", un des groupes s'opposant au mariage homosexuel.

 

Les opposants au mariage pour tous organisent une nouvelle manifestation nationale le 26 mai.
