台湾と日本の漁業者、沖縄で会合 連絡窓口設置へ

（台北 5月18日 中央社）台湾と日本の窓口機関、亜東関係協会と交流協会は5月16日と17日、沖縄県那覇市で双方の漁業者による会合を開催、台湾側からは蘇澳区漁業組合の陳春生理事長が、また、日本側からは沖縄県漁業協同組合連合会の国吉真孝会長が団長を務め、政府関係者も出席した。

 

台湾と日本ではこの4月に漁業協定に調印、5月10日から運用が始まっている。

 

今回の協議では双方が協定適用水域での漁船数など互いの実態について説明し意見交換が行われた。

 

操業ルールについては結論が出ず今後の協議に持ち越されたが、トラブル防止のため連絡先を交換することになった。

 

協定では八重山諸島北側の広い範囲で台湾の操業が認められたが沖縄の漁業者は反発を強めており、現場でのトラブル回避を課題に操業ルール策定のため7日には台北で第1回目の委員会会議が開かれた。

 

この時は紛糾したが、双方の漁業者は翌日再び顔を合わせ交流の継続を確認、今回の会合開催となった。

It was carried over to discussions of future conclusion is not out for the operation rules, but it was decided to replace a contact in order to prevent trouble.

 

Operation of Taiwan was observed in a wide range of Yaeyama Islands north side, but fishermen of Okinawa are increasingly repulsive, first round in Taipei on the 7th for the operation rules formulated to challenge the trouble in the field in agreement committee meeting was held.

 

They were disputes at this time, fishermen of both confirmed the continuation of the exchange and face to face again the next day, it became a meeting held this time.
