رئيس مجلس الأمة الكويتي: أتحفظ على إقامة اتحاد خليجي

 

قال إنه يرى أن هناك اختلافات دستورية وظروفاً داخلية في دول المجلس

أعلن علي الراشد، رئيس مجلس الأمة الكويتي، تحفظه على إقامة اتحاد خليجي بين دول مجلس التعاون.

 

وفي حيثيات تحفظه، شرح الراشد، في مقابلة مع قناة "العربية" تبث مساء الأحد، أسباب تحفظه، حيث يرى أن هناك اختلافات دستورية وظروفاً داخلية في كل دولة من دول المجلس تمنع إقامة الاتحاد.

 

واعتبر الراشد أن الاتحاد الخليجي مجرد أمنيات تطرح، وأنه لا بد من اتفاقية تكامل تشريعي، لكي تصل دول الخليج إلى الاتحاد.

 

وحول ما يحدث في الكويت من جدل سياسي، قال إن هناك جماعات تريد ضرب النظام في الكويت وليس إسقاطه، مشيرا إلى أن هناك من يحاول استغلال الخلافات بين أطراف الأسرة الحاكمة.

 

واعتبر الراشد أن الحراك السياسي الذي يحدث في الكويت طبيعي، وأن مصير المجلس بيد المحكمة الدستورية، مؤكداً "سنقبل بالحكم مهما كان، ونطالب الجميع بأن يقبل ذلك".

 

وشدد الراشد على أن هناك قصوراً في أداء عدد من الوزراء، وتأجيل الاستجوابات فهمت من بعضهم على أنها استسلام، لكنه أكّد: "أبلغت سمو الأمير وسمو رئيس مجلس الوزراء بعدم تعاون عدد من الوزراء".

 

وفي سياق آخر، اعتبر الراشد أن إيران لا تشكل أي تهديد لمنطقة الخليج، هناك خلافات في وجهة النظر، وهناك اعتداء على جزر إماراتية نتمنى من الإخوان في إيران إزالته، لكن أنا أعتقد أنها دولة إسلامية وعلاقتنا معها تقوم على حسن الجوار.

 

وحول العلاقات مع العراق ونسيان تاريخ العلاقات العراقية الكويتية، قال الراشد "لا يمكن أن ننسى الغزو العراقي للكويت مهما مرت السنوات"، لكننا نغلب اليوم حسن الجوار خاصة بعد رحيل النظام الصدامي، وتابع "وصلنا إلى مراحل متقدمة في تعزيز العلاقات مع العراق، وسأزور بغداد بعد رئيس الوزراء".

Said Ali al-Rashed, head of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, reservation on a union between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

 

In merits reservation, explained Al-Rashed, in an interview with Al Arabiya, broadcast Sunday evening, the reasons for the reservation, where he sees that there are differences of constitutional and internal conditions in each country of the Council prevent the establishment of the Union.

 

Rashed considered that the Gulf just wishful thinking Union poses, and that there must be a legislative integration agreement, in order to reach the Gulf states to the Union.

 

And about what is happening in Kuwait from political controversy, he said that there are groups they want to beat the system in Kuwait and not drop it, pointing out that there trying to exploit the differences between the parties of the ruling family.

 

Rashed considered that the political movement that occurs naturally in Kuwait, and the fate of the Council, however, the Constitutional Court, asserting that "we will accept whatever the governance, and we call on everyone to accept it."

 

Rashid stressed that there are shortcomings in the performance of a number of ministers, and the postponement of some interrogations understood that they surrender, but stressed: "informed His Highness the Emir and His Highness the Prime Minister not to the cooperation of a number of ministers."

 

In another context, Rashid considered that Iran does not pose any threat to the Gulf region, there are differences in point of view, there is an assault on Emirati hope Islands of the brothers in Iran to remove, but he thinks it is an Islamic state and our relationship with it based on good neighborliness.

 

On relations with Iraq and to forget history Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations, said Rashed "We can not forget the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait whatever the years passed," but we precedence day of good-neighborliness, especially after the departure of Saddam's regime, he said, "We got an advanced stage in strengthening relations with Iraq, and I will visit Baghdad after the Prime Minister. "
